Mil-C-85049 backshells and accessories suit most modern Military connectors such as Mil-C-38999 (all series), Mil-C-5015 front/rear release, Mil-C-26482 series 2, Mil-C-83723 series 3 & Mil-C-81703 series 3.
Note: These modern series of connectors never come with backshells so they have to be ordered separately.

For older series such as Mil-C-5015 solder & Mil-C-26482 series 1 there are suitable dust covers and dummy receptacles in the M85049 range, however for backshells please contact us as M85049 may be unsuitable. The rear threads can vary from brand to brand so great care needs to be taken with these older series. We can guide you to something suitable.
Note: These older military connector series usually come with backshells that are specified in the connector part number but if you want something no-standard there are other possibilities.
